Cooking for a Cause: Guilt-Free Hot Chocolate

Start your morning off right with a cup of hot chocolate without all of the added sugar! The cocoa fills your cup with lots of antioxidants, as well as goodness.


  • 1 cup milk or milk alternative
  • 1 tbsp. pure cocoa
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp. whipped cream


  • Pour milk or milk alternative into the blender.
  • Add pure cocoa.
  • Blend for 45 seconds.
  • Pour mixture into a saucepan and simmer on low heat for 2 minutes.
  • Add whipped cream and desired amount of cinnamon.
