Start your morning off right with a cup of hot chocolate without all of the added sugar! The cocoa fills your cup with lots of antioxidants, as well as goodness.
- 1 cup milk or milk alternative
- 1 tbsp. pure cocoa
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 tbsp. whipped cream
- Pour milk or milk alternative into the blender.
- Add pure cocoa.
- Blend for 45 seconds.
- Pour mixture into a saucepan and simmer on low heat for 2 minutes.
- Add whipped cream and desired amount of cinnamon.
