Our Food Service Training Academy students are halfway through the program. They all told us they’re excited for what’s to come in baking, in-house training and life skills. Every week, they learn something new about the culinary field — and themselves.
We spoke with Adrian and Ayeannia earlier in the program, and they shared personal stories about what brought them to our Academy and what inspires them to keep going. Finishing up Week 8, we decided to check in with them and see how things are going.
