New Jersey HungerMitao

HungerMitao in New Jersey is meant to raise awareness, improve engagement, and channel resources and contributions of the Indian American community in New Jersey towards CFBNJ’s mission to end hunger across the state.

Hunger Mitao!

Hunger Mitao means “Wipe Out Hunger”!

With a rally cry of “Hunger Mitao!” the Community FoodBank of New Jersey seeks to mobilize the Indian American community around the issue of hunger that exists right here in New Jersey. HungerMitao has launched an ambitious Million Meal March campaign to help CFBNJ provide more meals to our neighbors in need.

HungerMitao invites individuals, groups, and businesses alike to join a growing group of passionate advocates who have stepped up to make a local impact. The initiative aims to provide several million meals annually in an effort to wipe out hunger in New Jersey.
