- Collect information about food and non-food services
- Conduct intake only one time for an entire household
- Track Neighbor progress over time
- Run instant neighbor and household-level reports
- Connect via the internet from anywhere because it is a cloud-based software
- Access barcode ID scanning to help get neighbors quickly through lines using scannable cards
- Collect electronic signatures at intake so there is no need to have neighbors re-sign documents
- Keep track of neighbor visits through its appointment system
- Give neighbors the opportunity to enter their own information, sign their release, and get their electronic neighbor ID at the pantry or at home through kiosk mode. This feature is available in Spanish and English.
