General Requirements:
-  Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree/master’s program at an accredited college or university.
- Â Exhibit interest or previous experience in a social service or non-profit setting.
- Â Technical aptitude (familiarity with Outlook 365, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office).
- Â Bi-lingual/Multilingual language skills (English and Spanish, Creole, Bengali) not required but is a plus.

Assessment
Next, you’ll participate in an assessment that helps us learn more about your experience, ideas, and motivation for joining our team.
Interview
Candidates who move forward will be invited to a virtual interview.
Offer
Accepted candidates will receive an internship offer based on department needs and personal areas of interest.
Orientation
All interns will attend our formal Internship Orientation, where you’ll meet fellow interns, connect with leadership, and receive final program details.
