New Jersey Blood Services (NJBS) is partnering with the Community FoodBank of New Jersey (CFBNJ) for their Save 1, Feed 1 campaign. For the month of March, NJBS will donate $1 to CFBNJ on behalf of every presenting blood donor who registers to make a donation in their honor.
About Save 1, Feed 1
For a single dollar, CFBNJ can provide three meals. Therefore, each blood donation throughout the duration of this campaign has the ability to save up to three lives and provide three meals to New Jerseyans facing food insecurity.

Donating blood is safe and only takes one hour. NJBS is taking extra precautions to help prevent the person-to-person spread of COVID-19. All NYBC staff are vaccinated. As always, people are not eligible to donate if they’re experiencing a cold, sore throat, respiratory infection or flu-like symptoms. People can donate blood regardless of vaccination status.
