Period poverty is an issue that affected many young women across the globe, even before the pandemic. Many women who visit feeding organizations for food resources are often in need of period supplies as well.
The goal of this event is to increase awareness of period poverty and create packs to help meet the need in our communities. Event activities include: a presentation, group discussion, trivia, packing project, guest speaker, and raffle.
Space is limited, we encourage students to register as soon as possible. Registration closes on April 9. Students can register here.
More details about packing project will be provided after registering. If you have any questions, please contact Student Outreach at firstname.lastname@example.org.
