INGREDIENTS
- 3 lbs oxtails
- One small bunch of fresh thyme
- 2 ½ oz. Plakow Oxtail Seasoning (or other oxtail seasoning)
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ (64 oz) gallon beef broth
- 2 oz olive oil
- Medium diced yellow onion
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 3 oz tomato paste
- 2 oz gravy master
- 15 pieces of whole allspice
