CFBNJ’s Child Nutrition Programs ensure that kids at risk of hunger have access to nutritious meals all year long. We fill the nutrition gap by providing nutritious food year-round and outside school hours, including after-school meals at Kids Cafes, Family Packs for the weekend, and the Summer Food Service Program.

Atlantic, Cape May and Cumberland counties have some of the highest rates of child food insecurity in the state. Our location in Egg Harbor Township combats hunger through its community partners and feeding programs, as well as with its own on-site food pantry.

Through NJ SNAP-Ed, CFBNJ provides free, engaging nutrition education workshops that help neighbors who are eligible for SNAP choose healthy food on a budget and make physical activity a part of their lives. Our team of nutrition educators also provide technical assistance to community sites.
