  • 1 lb brussel sprouts (quartered)
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 2 tbs minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl and mix until combined
  • Spread mixture evenly on baking sheet
  • Roast at 400 degrees until browned and crispy, about 30 minutes
