Cooking for a Cause: Build Your Own Fruit Salsa


  • Fruit: Mango, Strawberry, Pineapple, Peach, Blackberry, Avocado, Papaya, Lime/ Lime Juice
  • Herbs & Seasonings: Cilantro, Mint, Basil, Garlic, Salt, Pepper, Cinnamon
  • Vegetables: Red Onion, Cucumber, Jalapeno, Red Pepper, Green Pepper, Tomato, Corn, Beans


  • Just mix together as many of each ingredient as you wish.
  • Then sprinkle over: Grilled Chicken, Veggie Burgers, Chicken Burgers, Tacos, Quesadillas, Shrimp, Scallops, Fish, Sweet Potatoes, French Toast, Pancakes, Pita Chips...or anything else that fits your taste
