Dear Friend,
As we surpass theĀ one month mark in responding to the unimaginable need created by the coronavirus pandemic, I want to keep you up-to-date on our work, which wouldn’t be possible without your valued partnership.
From the northern tip of Bergen County to the lighthouse in Cape May, our neighbors are counting on CFBNJ to continue providing food without pause. In response, we have gottenĀ over 20,000 emergency meal kitsĀ safely into the hands of those in need, providedĀ more than 9,000 Family PacksĀ to households whose children no longer have access to school meals, andĀ distributed millions of pounds of nutritious foodĀ to our network of partner agencies who work tirelessly to serve their communities.
Both Hillside and Egg Harbor Township locations were featured on CNN in a 360 degree view of our critical emergency relief work.
Now more than ever, your gift will make a real impact for those who are struggling.Ā
To learn more about our strategy for providing food, help, and hope during the coronavirus pandemic,Ā watch a briefing given by our leadership team this past Friday.
Thank you for your continued support during this difficult time.
Wishing you good health,
Carlos M. Rodriguez
President & CEO
